Each kid is one of a kind as far as life encounters, formative preparation, and social legacy. A great youth program ought to gives a safe and sustaining condition, which advances physical, social, passionate, language and subjective improvement will guarantee a positive continuation of the child’s training process. Kindergarten for kids is significant. Most guardians and kids are amped up for this phase in life for their kid, just as kids may be a frightened or apprehensive. During the time kindergarten kids will show various new physical abilities, some are a higher priority than others to help make her kindergarten year an exceptionally fruitful learning experience. Kindergarten is the year to become acclimated to the daily practice of school, and being responsible to another power figure and to make new companions, yet it’s a urgent year to manufacture the establishment for learning. Kindergarten adapts in an unexpected way, some may learn hands on, or visual. Kindergarten are at the most significant stage throughout everyday life so it is dependent upon the instructors to have any kind of effect that can help them in the long so they can arrive at the following evaluation level just as conquer any achievements that they may reach all through their training. To begin with, the study hall is cherishing, kind, mindful, sharing, and nurturing to all the youngsters simply like my own. The manner in which I imagine my homeroom is that as you stroll in the entryway you see craftsmanship and image of kids playing and eating and doing distinctive thing that bolsters the zone, for example, emotional play would be youngsters in specialist coats or something in that nature. The study hall has warm hues around it for each season. Every territory of the study hall would be mark with, for example, squares would be square region, craftsmanship, emotional play, water zone, science, proficiency, and so on. The youngsters cubbies are name with their name and picture so they can perceive themselves. The library has age suitable books for the kids. The homeroom ought to off the youngsters craftsmanship and learning. In the event that there is a topic in the study hall the room will speak to that particular topic. Every youngster is at a table that is shading coded that will recognize each table as a gathering, each table seats around 3-4 understudies relying upon the class size. Every youngster has a portfolio so kids can see their improvement consistently. The homeroom depends on play and material and the youngsters have an instructor kid relationship. While arranging the educational program I will give free play that will permit youngsters their separately time to pick a region of contribution (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). A successful educational program kids ought to be dynamic and drawn in, the objectives are clear and shared by all, proof based, the esteemed substance is found out through examination, play, and engaged, deliberate instructing (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). The educational program expands on earlier learning and encounters and is exhaustive and most significant advantage the necessities of the youngsters (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). Educational plan ought to be arranged around the formative needs of the kids in my study hall (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). Educational program will expands upon what kids definitely know and can do to empower them to associate new ideas and abilities. The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) urges that as an instructor my educational plan is mindfully arranged, testing, connecting with, formatively suitable, socially and etymologically responsive, extensive and liable to advance positive result for all kids (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). While arranging the educational plan I will give free play that will permit kids their exclusively time to pick a region of inclusion (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). The encounters ought to be created to help the small kids in the study hall to help improve their aptitudes in critical thinking, thinking, thinking, and making (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). The National Association for the Education of Young Children expresses that high caliber, formatively proper projects ought to be accessible for all kids. A different explanation of the NAEYC separates the idea of propriety into two perspectives: age fittingness and individual suitability. Methods of reasoning that reflect how I imagine my study hall and educational plan are Friedrich Froebel. Friedrich Froebel was a German teacher of the nineteenth century who built up an Idealist reasoning of youth training. He built up kindergarten and instruction for four and five-year-old kids. Kindergarten is currently a piece of training around the world. Friedrich Froebel was conceived in the humble community of Oberwiessbach, Germany in 1782. His mom kicked the bucket when he was a child (Froebel, 2011). His dad remarried, however Froebel never enjoyed his stepmother. His sentiment of dismissal and detachment stayed with him forever. This strongly affected his hypothesis of youth instruction. He accepted the kindergarten instructor ought to be cherishing, kind and nurturing (Froebel, 2011). Froebel learned at the University of Jena for a brief timeframe. In 1805, while examining design in Frankfurt, he was convinced to turn into an instructor by the model school at Frankfurt. Friedrich Froebel changed the manner in which we consider youth instruction. He structured balls, wooden squares, tiles, sticks and rings to show that kids learn by playing. Referred to around the globe as the Froebel Gifts , these items were a significant piece of his Kindergarten (Froebel, 2011). Froebel likewise remembered for his kindergarten theory the examination and nuture of plants in a nursery for invigorating children’s enthusiasm for nature. He felt it was significant for kids to experience childhood in agreement with nature. The Froebel Gifts have been broadly imitated and adjusted by instructors and toys creators. In light of Froebel my study hall will have the correct material to that I am ready to train my youngsters with the correct material so they can play and learn simultaneously. He felt that the educator ought to be cherishing mindful and protective and I feel that I am that route in the study hall also. â€Å"Treat people groups how you need to be treated† and that’s how I feel as an educator. Treat other youngsters how I would need my kids to be dealt with. Having that protective character can likewise make it simpler for a youngster to be progressively agreeable in the study hall particularly in the event that it the first run through being endlessly from the guardians. Being that Froebel recognized what it resembled losing his mom disliking his stepmother he comprehended what it resembled to feel disregard and separated so he consolidated that in with instructing and understood that no kid ought to ever feel that way. Froebel’s kindergarten utilized free play, games, melodies, stories, and artworks to animate creative mind while creating physical and engine expertise. In many study halls free play is invited just as games, stories, melodies, and art that will empower kids engine aptitudes just as taking care of issues. The kindergarten program was intended to address children’s issues for physical action, tangible mindfulness, inventive articulation, investigation of thoughts and ideas, the delight of singing, and the experience of living among others. His instructive methodology was for â€Å"self-activity,† the possibility that permitted the youngster to be driven by his own advantages and to unreservedly investigate them. Kids are increasingly free and they need to investigate new things all alone. Kids become mindful of numbers right off the bat throughout everyday life, as a result of day by day experience include different utilization of numbers. Math is more than finding out about numbers and how to include, take away duplicate and gap (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). The National Council for Teachers of Mathematics proposes 10 educational plan measures. The guidelines give a guide in arithmetic educational program arranging ; content standard are numbers and activity, variable based math, geometry, estimations, and information investigation and likelihood. The procedure principles are critical thinking and evidence, correspondence, association and portrayal (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). The standard gives a review of math substance and procedure for prekindergarten during that time grade(Eliason, Jenkins 2012). While encouraging math to the kids I will likewise consolidate advances, for example, squares, legos, cheerios, and so on so the kids can perceive what they are doing outwardly . Toward the year's end kids will have the option to comprehends balanced correspondence, sorts and orders objects as indicated by basic attributes, perceive and make designs. (for example red, blue, red, blue or kid, young lady, kid, young lady), comprehend straightforward visual charts and decipher how they assist us with social affair data, tally to 100, distinguish and print numbers 1-20, recognize and draw fundamental shapes, for example, square shape, square, circle and triangle. Perusing is an open craftsmanship that includes perceiving and understanding words(Eliason, Jenkins 2012). Kids can't peruse with comprehension and cognizance something they don’t have the foundation information about. Figuring out how to peruse requires some investment, persistence, want, and availability (Eliason, Jenkins 2012). Kindergarten is a time of revelation in perusing and education. Kid will figure out how to perceive straightforward words in print, including his own name and those of his cohorts. Letter-sound correspondence, phonemic mindfulness, sight words acknowledgment, rhyming and words families and ideas about print are the territories where your youngster will extend his insight this year. Before the year's over certain kindergartners will even be perusing a smidgen. Kindergarten science investigates points that are significant to understudies and can be applied to regular day to day existence. Kids will find out about great wellbeing propensities, including sustenance and a prologue to dental cleanliness. How You Can Restructure Your Companys Management Into 21st Century Leadership

How You Can Restructure Your Companys Management Into 21st Century Leadership Just like the old saying “The king is dead. Long live the king!”, the same can be said for the change regarding the old form of management transforming into something new and better. The ever-changing business environment made companies to question the way they had been functioning and to try to improve it in both little and bigger aspects. That also included the change of management and leadership systems and their functions, which had to transform in order to adapt to new conditions. They simply had to become something better, because old systems were no longer viable when it comes to managing new types of businesses and employees, who wanted their business ideas and personal work to be heard and recognized. In this article, we are going to compare old and new types of management and leadership, we are going to talk about why the new system is considered to be better and how you can apply this knowledge in order to make your own company’s management and leadership become better.O LD VERSUS NEW TYPE OF MANAGEMENTOne of the main trends nowadays is that a lot of successful companies tend to adopt the culture of open innovation, which is followed by new types of leadership and management.Strict corporate hierarchy is no longer in the main focus, simply because an open approach of having excellent teams of people who can share responsibilities amongst themselves is crucial for success, because it instigates people to think of new and better ways to do their job, which leads to higher efficiency and better performance of the employees.Let’s go over several main differences between old and new types of management.1. Approach to PowerIn the old, traditional system, the main seat of power was in the hands of one person or one singular authority, such as the director or board of directors, depending on how large and how the business was structured. We can say this system had a very strict hierarchy, which often prevented people with good ideas to come forward and let their ideas be heard and accepted if they were good.Apart from that, people have often been given a position of power depending on the time they had spent in the company, no matter their competence.Of course, that doesn’t mean incompetent people were put in those positions all the time, but there could’ve been some who were more qualified, but due to the less time spent in the company, they weren’t chosen at the time. The new type of leadership is trying to change all of that. It instigates equal participation of team members, thus sharing the power amongst several people who work together in order to achieve the same goal. That also leads to people’s ideas to be heard and recognized by other team members, which has a really positive impact on how efficient the team is able to solve the problems ahead of them.2. Handling InformationThe greatest power you can have power over information. That is something which has always been and always will be true.In traditional leadership system, it kind of felt like the Cold war, where people and governments were very secretive about everything.Leaders would usually only release information to their employers on a ‘need to know’ basis, which often leads to incomplete information, which is never good to have in business. The more you know, the better you can do your job. However, that was one of the main ways of leaders maintaining authority and control over the business.Modern leadership changes that and introduces a new way of distributing information. One of the main characteristics of modern leadership is open information sharing. It is crucial because people work in teams nowadays, and the core of being a successful team is to share information amongst team members so they could be able to do their job properly. The more information they possess, the more useful ideas they might think of, which could really help with solving the problems the company is facing. That way you would avoid having issues like conflicti ng ideas, which could negatively affect the way business is done because everyone in the team would have the same information and would be able to get on the same page and decide the best course of action.3. Getting New IdeasInnovation is one of the most important characteristics of every successful company.Without innovation, there is no advancement, and trust me when I say this, but you don’t want to fall behind your competitors in nowadays’ dynamic business environment. And the key to being innovative is getting new and useful ideas that could help you improve the way you conduct your business. In old leadership system, it was much harder to generate useful ideas, not because employers were not as smart as today, but because the system was organized that way that it prevented most of the people to share their ideas.Yes, managers and leaders were listening to their employers and tried to recognize some of those ideas, but most of the other people weren’t able to share their op inion, because of the strict corporate hierarchy. On the other hand, modern leadership and management system transformed the strict hierarchy into the decentralized decision-making process, which gives the opportunity to people who in the past, perhaps weren’t able to speak up their mind and let their business ideas be heard by leaders.Today, leaders are generally more open to new ideas, and they are even trying to encourage their employers to share any thoughts they have in order to try to improve the way their business is done, which is helpful both for the company and the development of employers.4. Solving ProblemsWhen it comes to the old management model, problem-solving was much different.Solutions to potential problems were usually discussed and generated amongst the top of the food chain, behind the closed doors.Once the decision about the solution is made, it is passed on to other team members, who just had to carry out the order given to them. That type of decision-making doesn’t really encourage creative thinking and development of employers, but instead put a certain limit on it, by making the employers be mindless husks whose only role is to follow the rules given from the top.Which would mean that the leader’s or board’s opinion is the only opinion that matters, despite perhaps not being the best?In modern leadership, solutions for the problems don’t come straight from the top, but instead, they are brainstormed and generated in the actual teams, between team members. That way, everyone is able to share their own opinion and ideas and pick the best possible solution to any problem. This encourages employers to think harder and help with the decision-making process, thus helping them to develop their skill set and become the best version of themselves, which is something that is very important for the morale and general feeling of acceptance in the company.5. Resource DistributionThe traditional system of resource allocation kind of reminds me of communism.Resources were only distributed when people on the top thought it was necessary and along with that, it had to be approved by either a committee or board of directors, which often takes a lot of time and could cause a lot of stress to team members, thus moving their focus away from the work and making them do their job without the things they would usually need to do it more efficiently.Less efficiency means lesser results, which is something that is capable of subverting clients’ expectations and completely ruin the company. That’s why it is important to distribute resources in the best possible way, in order to reach optimal efficiency. The new business model is based on mutual trust amongst teams in the company, thus making it possible to distribute resources proactively, which means that team leaders are able to allocate the resources and time much faster than before. That means teams can really work at their best and provide the optimal results, by working on p rojects faster and finding the best solutions to the problems at hand, which helps them improve their performance, increases their productivity and boost their creativity.6. Allocation of Responsibilities and RulesSince the traditional leadership model had a strict hierarchy system, it had a lot of rules and regulations that people had to follow. In this model, every person has their own responsibilities and specific work to do, while not taking into consideration what other people are doing. So, everyone knows what is their job, what they need to do, right? So, what is the problem then?Well, knowing what your job is is, of course, not a problem, but not taking into consideration how it would affect other people’s work tend to be a problem, because it could lead to doing double work, due to negative effects of one job to another. That’s why communication between team members is crucial nowadays.Rules and responsibilities are less strict, and people are encouraged to work together as a team, which is where the best ideas and solutions to most of the problems are born.Along with that comes all the benefits for employees, more precisely, the possibilities for development in different areas of work, which is a great plus, because when people are able to develop their skill set, they tend to be more productive, which would in return help with the increase of efficiency.7. Resolving IssuesWhen we talk about traditional leadership model, issues that may occur, are usually handled on an individual level, without digging into what really caused the problem. This system means that managers could only deal with an issue when it occurs, instead of trying to prevent it from happening at all.But like in the fires, once something started burning, it is impossible to restore it to its original state, even if you manage to end the fire.In the modern model, we can say that at the core of leadership and management is trust between team members and in your employers in general.Peo ple are usually tasked with more important work, they have to make some hard and important decisions, which gives them more responsibility than in the traditional model. In this case, leaders are much more present in the whole process, which means that if there are any issues, they can resolve it much faster than in the traditional model. That way, it is easier to find the core of any problem and think of the best possible solution to the issue at hand, without having to worry about slowing down the working process, which is very important so the company wouldn’t stall and lose potential income.8. Performance and FeedbackIn traditional businesses performance, checks and reviews are were usually conducted once or twice a year, depending on the corporate policy of the individual company. So what is the problem with this, you may ask?Well, imagine an employee who had a great year, and only dropped in performance in last month or so.If it had happened right before the annual performance check, it could mean that employee could get a negative performance review, based on that last month. This could have a very negative impact on morale and transfer some of that negativity to the future work by adding more stress. However, in modern leadership model, both employees and leaders are in the same basket. They are both equally valued since they have to work with each other every day, meaning that they are able to control one another on a daily basis. This is very important because it sends real-time feedback and opens a path for constructive criticism when it is needed, as well as praise and congratulations when they are deserved. It is much easier to the right your wrongs if you work in a team of capable and competent people, who are willing to teach you and help you correct your mistakes.WHY IS THE NEW TYPE OF MANAGEMENT BETTER?Now that we had talked about all these changes in leadership and management let’s contemplate why they are so useful and how they make modern manag ement better.New management and leadership model improved the old one on almost every level, but these are the most important positive changes:From top-down to bottom-up decision making; From the status quo to the game of disruption; From prioritizing results to prioritizing people;Leaders are more involved in all areas;Teamwork over individual competence. The biggest and the most positive change of all was probably the change from centralized to decentralized management and leadership, which completely changed the way decisions are being made in the company. This trend is not characteristic only for smaller, but also big companies as well. One of the most notable names are Johnson Johnson, which has over 200 autonomous units, and Valve, which completely removed all job titles and allowed their employees to show some initiative and start their own projects. What modern leaders tend to do is not keeping the status quo, but trying to motivate people to do more.It can be done by ramping up the tension and push people to function outside their comfort zone because it is one of the main ways to help them grow.Sometimes, the results won’t be as satisfying as you wanted them to be, but eventually, this tactic always works out.Apart from pushing your team members to be the best version of themselves, it is imperative to motivate them to take the initiative in order to boost their self-confidence.One of the best ways of doing that is to let people take an active leadership role on some number of important projects, depending on their skill level. That way, their self-confidence would improve because you would put your trust in them and their abilities. At the same time, it would be very beneficial for their self-development as well, because they would have to make some tough decisions and really get a good grasp of what it means to be a good leader.ADVANTAGES OF DECENTRALIZED LEADERSHIPChange from top-down to bottom-up management is one of the crucial differences between tr aditional and modern leadership models.Let’s examine some of the main advantages it has compared to the old traditional model. 1. It Encourages Employees to Make Difficult DecisionsOne of the most important characteristics of decentralized leadership is that people on different levels are able to make different decisions, thus giving the employees more freedom and more responsibilities, making them capable of dealing with potential issues that might occur.Another very useful note about this is that when every-day decisions are split between a large number of people, it is much easier for the higher-ups to focus on the big picture, the actions, and strategy they could use to improve their business.Giving people more responsibilities is pretty handy when it comes to finding the people who are very capable. If they could prove themselves of being trustworthy to handle some difficult situations, they could be offered a promotion in the future. This is a very good opportunity for employe es who normally wouldn’t give the chance of making decisions on their own and show their qualities. Some people may be better at one thing, some at other things. The best way of finding the perfect people for specific jobs is to give your employees more responsibilities. Some may know more about sales, some about recruiting new people. If the leader manages to find the right people and match them with the most suitable job for them, he or she would really benefit by taking some weight off the shoulders.2. It Allows Making Faster DecisionsWe have been hearing a lot about how dynamic the modern business environment is, and it is completely true.In order for the company to become successful and keep up with its competitors, it has to be flexible and highly adaptable to changes in the environment. One of the best ways of doing that is to have an effective way of making decisions, which can only be done if employees are trusted enough and put in a position from which they are able to make fast decisions. So, if you had to ask for approval for every little thing from the top, the business would stall, and your company would fall back behind its competitors, which is, of course, not a good thing at all.3. It Helps with Personal Growth of EmployeesOne of the most important changes in modern management is that focus is no longer on making a profit by disregarding employees’ personal growth.Nowadays, it is more important to nurture a good relationship with your employees and help them grow and develop their personal skills. That way, they would be more willing to stay loyal to the company, which played a significant part in their personal development. In decentralized leadership model, employees, especially managers need to make their own decisions due to the increased responsibility, which is done so they would get out of their safety zone and push themselves to reach the optimum version of their abilities. That independence also leads to the larger number of useful ideas, because while solving the problems at hand, employees will have to think about what would be the best thing to do in order to solve some issue, whether to use this strategy or that, how to sell that product, whether to include some product upgrades. It is all part of learning and acquiring more experience in different areas of business.FINAL WORDThat would be all folks! We learned what are the main differences between the traditional and modern, collaborative type of leadership and management. We went over some facts which proves why the modern type is superior nowadays and what are its advantages. Now, what remains is that you, as a leader, think about everything that was written here and apply some of those things to improve the management in your own company.

Essay American Empire - 945 Words

Michael Cox’s thesis as outlined in â€Å"Empire by Denial? Debating US Power†, is chiefly that: the United States of America is an empire, and that current beliefs to the contrary are the result of denialism due to negative connotations associated with the concept of empire, not due to a lack of suitability of that term to describe the current state of American foreign policy. The first issue which Cox raises is that of a lack of understanding of and study into the concept of empire by current research in the field of international relations (Cox 2004, p230). This element would appear to be sound, but only in so far as it relates to Cox’s other assertion that the orthodoxy of American society and academia are opposed to labelling America an†¦show more content†¦His argument becomes unconvincing when it becomes clear that Cox is playing the role of both legislature and judiciary, crafting the terms to meet his needs and then applying them. Whilst the underlying evidence he presents is sound, the multitude of conflicting arguments make clear the selectivity in evidence employed in order to reach these conclusions (Security Dialogue 2004). As with any argument though concerning matters of perspective, both our own status as outsiders, and that of Cox, being himself British born (FORA.tv 2007), lead credence to Cox’s assertion of an American empire, himself asserting the supposed obviousness of his thesis to anyone outside of the USA. Recognising and accounting for this though, the evidence offered about the many ‘non-standard’ forms of empire are still sound. Fisher (1984) highlights the success of British incorporation of local political structures into its empire, and Cox’s contention that American promotion of seemingly anti-imperial ideas of democracy and self determination are not in contradiction to its presiding over an empire are sound on examination of the underlying elements. Australia Goods and Service Taxation

Question: Discuss about the Australia Goods and Service Taxation. Answer: Introduction This study is helpful to understand the Australian taxation system. There are different forms of taxation in Australia. Each of the residents and the organizations in Australia need to pay taxes to the all level of federal government of the country. Taxes are required to collect to pay for the public services as well as transfer payment or for redistribution of country's wealth. In order to discuss this study, it can be mentioned that income tax is the most significant taxation form of Australia. The Australian taxation office used to collect the tax as per the direction of Federal government of the country. In Australia the tax burden is comparatively lower compared to the other countries. In this study, the impact of goods and service tax of Australia (Australia's main consumption tax) on the residents and the economy has discussed. Australian taxation policy In Australia, the goods and the service tax was introduced in the year of 2000. The structure of the Australian's goods and the service tax (GST) was framed based on the European Union's Value added tax. In this connection, it can be mentioned that the rate in Australia is lower compared to EU, and the rate is 10 per cent. On the other hand, it can be mentioned that in order to drive the non resources growth in Australia, GST and the boarder tax reform are the two important components. In addition, it can be also stated that in Australia, the rate of GST is lowest and the dependency on the income tax is highest. Moreover, it can be added that a certain portion of Australian goods and services are GST free. These goods and the services are such as cost of food, education, health. In order to purchase these goods or services, the users do not require to pay tax on it. This refers that there is the potential to broaden the GST base tax and then consider that the extra GST revenue can fu nd to the other inefficient taxes. In this study, the impact of four GST on the Australian economy as well as several households, has discussed briefly in the following: 10% GST on broader base: This type of GST tried to consider the food, education and the service of health. In the year of 2015 and 2016, the rate of GST revenue has raised by an additional $12.1 billion. In this connection, it can be mentioned that the additional GST revenue can reduce the insurance taxes, stamp duty on the vehicles users of Australia. Any of the remaining additional GST revenues will be returned to the residents in terms of the welfare payments and also in terms of cutting the personal income tax. 15% GST with present exemption: In this purpose, it can be mentioned that this type of GST can increase the statutory rate up to 15%. In the year of 2015 and 2016, it can be predicted that the evaluation can be increased by an additional amount by $26.0 billion GST revenue. Aster this specific type of GST revenue can decrease the insurance taxes, stamp duty on the motor vehicles by 80 per cent. 15% GST rate and applied on the health and education: In this section, it can be stated that the rise in the statutory GST rate up to 15% will be able to extend and include the GST coverage on health and education. In this current year, the rate of GST revenue has increased by $36.8%. This is also similar to the previous two types of GST. Therefore, it can be inferred that the rest of the GST revenue will be returned to the households after paying the stamp duty and the insurances. 15% GST on the broader base: In this type of GST rate, the additional revenue has increased by $42.9 billion. After paying the insurance tax and stamp duty, the remaining GST revenue return to the households by cutting the personal income tax and also by the welfare payments. The above discussion refers that the Australian households will be benefitted by the raising of real income. In this connection, it can be assumed that the GST revenue has a positive impact on the Australian households, if the households are benefitted from this. On the other hand, the personal income tax is useful for the redistribution of the additional GST revenue. In order to estimate the impact of the Australian economy, it can be predicted that from the year of 2018 to 2019, the GDP growth of the country will be increased in a rapid manner. The advantage of this situation can be discussed as the Australian GST revenue rate is lower ( approximately 10 per cent), therefore, it can be mentioned that the increasing efficiency cost ( approximately 5 per cent) is also lower compared to the benefits of decreasing of other taxes. These other taxes are imposed on very smaller bases or at higher rate. Tax reform in Australia was occurred over the last two decades. In the year of 1998, the federal government of Australia released a new tax system (ANTS) program. It was the initial stage of the introduction of 10 per cent GST, the mitigation of the whole sales tax, cutting of the personal tax. In addition, Australia's welfare payments system and pensions program was also modified in the year of 2000. In the year of 2010, the Australian treasury has presented an article about the Australian taxation and the transfer system. On the other hand, this thesis of article reviewed that as per Australian taxation reform, the federal governmental revenue focused on the four factors such as personal income, personal consumption expenditure, business income, and lastly on the economic rents from the lands and from the natural resources. Impact of Australian taxation revenue: It has already discussed that insurance taxes and the stamp duties on the vehicles of Australia can be declined in all four situations, these taxes considered the other taxes on sales of Australia, and can be evaluated by approximately by $8.5 billion in revenues in the year of 2015 and 2016. On the other hand, stamp duties on property is effective to reduce the additional duty from 9 percent and 80 percent in the first and second phases respectively. In the last two phases, the additional duties can be reduced. Therefore, it can be mentioned that the tax revenue through the property conveyancing duty can be evaluated by the amount of $12.9 billion in the year of 2015 and 2016. Moreover, the additional revenue of GST revenue can be spent on the retiring the taxes. In this connection, it can be mentioned that the overall labor income taxes has decreased by the amount of $1.8 billion and $16.4 billion in the year of 2015 and 2016 respectively. Impact on Australian households: The additional revenue can be collected from the GST. This will in turn raise the average tax rate on the economy. As a result, it can be mentioned that the prices of goods and services will be increased and by providing the disincentives to the labor supply, the real home wages in Australia will be reduced. Nevertheless, it can be argued that higher rate of GST can reduce the other taxes in Australia. As a result, it can be mentioned that GST can reduce the insurance tax, cost of motor vehicles and the stamp duty on conveyance. Hence, by cutting the personal income tax, the households can receive the remaining tax return. The overall income of the households of Australia can be increased. Impact on Australian industry sectors: In order to demonstrate the impact on Australian sectors it can be stated that in the first scenario, the GST rate was same. Therefore, the price of the products will not be positively affected by uniform GST rate of Australia. However, it can be mentioned that the rate of GST has increased in the other sectors except the education, health sector and foods items. As a result, it can be inferred that this will directly increase the overall price level of the country, the aggregate demand of Australia has declined. In this context, it can be stated that the GST revenue rate is helpful to abolish the other tax rates within the country[11]. This has a positive impact on the financial position of Australia and insurance sector of the country. Therefore, the people of the country are willing to take the insurance products. Overall reduction of motor vehicle taxes has a positive impact on the vehicle manufacturing industries and to the households[12]. Nonetheless, by the reduction of the co st of production, economy of Australia has adversely affected. Conclusion This study has tried to highlight the taxation policy of Australia. In this purpose, it can be observed that goods and the service tax has a greater role in the country's economy. On the other hand, this study is helpful to understand the effect of goods and service tax on the Australian households, on the Australian industry and the on the broader economy.
